7/13 8 PM UPDATE- The fire remains 101 acres and is now 98% contained.

7/13 8:50 AM UPDATE- All evacuation warnings have been lifted and Pauba Road is open. Firefighters will remain on scene, strengthening containment lines. Please use caution if you must travel in the area.

7/13 Morning Update - The fire remains 101 acres and is now 50% contained. The evacuation warnings remain in place.

Firefighters worked diligently throughout the night n to build containment lines around the fire. Fire resources will remain on the scene today, extinguishing hot spots and building containment around the fire.

7/12 EVENING UPDATE The fire remains 101 acres and is 5% contained.

Fire resources will remain on scene overnight, working to build containment lines around the fire. Unless incident activities increase, the next update will be tomorrow morning.

UPDATE 4:00 p.m. The fire has been mapped at 101 acres and remains 0% contained.

A care and reception center has been established at Temecula Valley HS: 31555 Rancho Vista Rd, Temecula, CA 92592

Evacuated RVs and Campers can go to Lake Skinner Campground: 37701 Warren Rd, Winchester, CA 92596

Animal Evacuations can be taken to San Jacinto Animal Campus: 581 S. Grand Ave. San Jacinto, CA 92582

UPDATE 3:20 P.M. An EVACUATION ORDER has been issued for Vail Lake and Butterfield Lake Estates. An EVACUATION WARNING has been issued for North of Hwy 79 East of Anza Rd., West of Sage and Wilson Creek, South of Avenida Bravura.

CAL FIRE / Riverside County Firefighters are on scene of a 20-acre vegetation fire with light flashy fuels going up hill.
